I wanted to run a basic test using this code: import pyperclip py(" testing" ) pyperclip. It works very similarly to PyperClip and appears to work perfectly. I am using python 3.8.10 on Ubuntu 20.04 and successfully installed pyperclip. I just install P圜lip and am now using that for my project. I don't know if this is relevant, but I am using Linux, so perhaps that is affecting Pyperclip? I know its not due to the string being invalid or anything, because 1) I am explicitly converting it from bytes to a string, and 2) it prints perfectly fine.
